At CoCoPath, our highest priority is to deliver accurate and timely results to our fellow physicians. We offer a full range of anatomic pathology and cytopathology services in our state-of-the-art, CLIA-certified laboratory, including comprehensive Pap sample testing, routine histopathologic interpretation of biopsy and excision specimens, and evaluation of non-gynecologic cytology samples. Board-certified diagnostic subspecialty services are available in dermatopathology, cytopathology, and hematopathology; our pathologists also have special expertise in gynecologic and breast, gastrointestinal, and soft tissue pathology.

Evaluation of more unusual and complex cases is facilitated by routine consultation among our group of seven pathologists, as well as by a wide range of immunohistochemical and special stains available in our laboratory. We are also able to provide comprehensive flow cytometry, cytogenetic, and molecular analysis through our partnership with various regional reference laboratories.

As members of the medical staff of John Muir Medical Center, we strive to maintain continuity of care for our patients as they transition between the hospitals and the outpatient setting.
